Jacksonville Beach, FL – May 22, 2024 – Adventure Landing’s Shipwreck Island Waterpark in Northeast Florida is hosting a First Responder Appreciation Weekend on May 25th – 27th. All first responders, including police, fire and medical personnel receive a free waterpark admission to Shipwreck Island.
Our first responders can enjoy a fun-filled day at the waterpark on us. President and Owner, Hank Woodburn decided to celebrate the first responders at the beginning of the summer season saying, “This is a fantastic opportunity for the first responders who protect and serve our community year-round to enjoy a free and fun experience on us! We truly appreciate all of their hard work and dedication.”
Shipwreck Island Waterpark will be open through September and season passes are on sale now. In addition, the park is also hiring for various different positions, both full-time and part-time, including lifeguards for the waterpark.
